However i think my W9000 is using a older subset of this protocol. The document mentions that for w5000 and w20000 fw 1.08 is needed.
Maybe there's a newer firmware available for w9000 aswell. Du you know how to check corrent firmware version? I can't seem to find it in any of the menus.
No, sorry I haven't a clue how to check for the firmware version. I'd call the manufacturer and let them know what you're trying to accomplish. I received the info that I sent you straight from BenQ. You may get lucky enough to speak with someone compitent there. Explain your situation and ask for someone familiar with the protocol.
