What do those RCx Codes have to do with NEC Codes?
This does not prove that you can convert NEC IR Protocol Codes to RCx IR Protocol Codes and then use those Hex Codes to control a Device that uses NEC e.g. Yamaha, Toshiba, Onkyo, Integra, Humax, Topfield and many more.
All you are doing is generating different types of RCx Hex Codes as Makitamark said.

All I really care is that the converted code works with RTI which it does, and that It will correct some bad codes, which it does from time to time
