Has anyone called customer support lately? At first the message just said in a dull male voice "we are having a problem CLICK" 3 days later they changed it to a female voice that says "We are experiencing technical difficulty's thanks again for calling samsung CLICK" this has been going on for over a week, do you think they are trying to blow us off or what? I mean come on a multi billion dollar electronics company that cant even fix its own phone system Baaaahhhhaaahhahahha
