I have contacted Nevo Support. They asked if I had IPV6 disabled. I Disabled IPV6 no change. I then received an RMA for the Link. I am now working with the new Link.
System info:
Windows Vista
Firewall is Verizon Fios Router. The Link has setup a port on the firewall for the embedded OS.
"Link IP 192.168.1.161 Windows Media Foundation (ehshell.exe) - UDP Any -> 52791 All Broadband Devices Active"
I have tried connecting the Link Directly to multiple switches in the network results do not change. I have tried multiple Cables they do not change the results.
Anti Virus is Symantec: I disable real-time scan and get the same results.
I appreciate the help.
