Last time I checked that product just started shipping. I always update ALL firmware and use the latest versions of Crestron application available(If using new products).

I have yet to have a 'Master Installer' crash on me yet. Maybe I turn off all antivirius software first etc...

Maybe Crestron needs to come out with a procedure if X device isn't acquired...
