Yes, there are differences in the screens! I have seen them as stated in my other posts on this thread. I suspect had you not seen a "good" screen vs a "bad" screen, many if not all, of the people who are bitching would have never known the difference and used a perfectly marvelous remote! Forget the screen and JUST USE THE REMOTE!

Pleased to have a "good" screen, but would have been ok with the "bad" one since the remote is so very versatile and functional in nearly all IR areas...
