Its worked before, perfectly. I'm using the same laptop and usb to serial convertor and I've no idea where the problem is or where to start looking.

I'm starting to think that the issue may be with the lead. Its a Philex. I've looked on their really poor web-site for the driver, but the zip file there only seems to contain a removal tool.

Googled more and found another, but it didn't solve any problems.

The details box that you can open when you try to down/upload a config file is blank, so no clues there either.

End of my tether.... any advice.
