Its about time someone said it!

This thread is making me think twice about becoming a Crestron dealer. Honestly if this is what it comes to im going to stay away from it. Ive herd over and over again about the programing and it obviously makes people go insane! We all are in the same boat with a$$hole customers and dealing with the ever falling profit margins and the last thing we need is for all of us dealers and installers to turn on each other.

I think im going to point my company in the direction of AMX.
