calm down. any yes your customers should worry about crappy labeling jobs when they deteriorate or come off over time. I dont label my systems that way for my convienence. I do it incase we do ever fall off the face of the earth, my customers wont have to pay another outfit to come back in and do it again. Its all serviceable. That is customer support. Maybe I woulndt have been so harsh if the work "BIIIIAAAATCH" or whatever wouldnt have been in your post. You opened yourself up to it. believe it or not, wether crestron or C4, we're all on the same team. Out there to take care of our customers.
