I find it funny that someone complained about power supplies being sent out. We are both a Crestron and C4 dealer. We have had bad product on BOTH sides of the aisle.

We have had TPMC-4x and 10 units that were bad and told we were the only dealer to have those issues, only to have new "versions" come out and then told , oh yeah, those 4x's were garbage, you need to sell the 4xg. All companies make mistakes, Crestron, Control4, us, everyone....its how you deal with them.

our local rep for Crestron has done a good job of getting us replacement products and service when needed and Control4 has done a good job.
