My house is currently in shambles as I just moved a few days ago, so it might take some time to get my invoice, etc together to go through URC, replacing might be a better option at this point.

Does this seem like it would be the battery causing the issue.. As far as I can see that's what it seems like to me.

I will check out who the batter manufacturer is when I get home from the office in about an hour and report back.
