I couldn't tell you how we do it because I never use the feature, but we can record phone calls & voicemails and send them to our email right through our phones. We also have faxes come in to a mailbox and can either be printed from the fax or from your Outlook. There are a ton of other features, but I'm hardly ever at my desk, so I'm a little clueless.
