Everything adds up. Once we started using D-tools to track all parts & products it became easy to see that forgetting to count compression fittings or wall plates could cost you thousands per job. I love playing with racks but i do my best to spend the part budget on things that will cut the labor bill down and vice versa.

I would love to know if heat shrink label printing can be automated (speadsheet & PC) & what it costs.
