Lyndel & Ossocao, are both correct in that providing everything is communicating you have to get it at that specific time in the cycle, I must have tried 8 or 9 times and suddenly it all connected and everything worked fine.

It is not a simple fix in that it does not always just plug in and work first time. Which then means you assume a setup problem with PC & com ports and then you can spend ages trying to make sure your com ports are right and then change everything and then change it all back again.

I had just got to the stage where I was about to throw it at the wall and thought just one more try!!! I'm glad I did. I would suggest that each time you make a change to the system while you are trying to connect, try your downolad a good few times before moving on to the next step
