Hi, I'm a CI installer that offers the current Pronto range to my clients. I got a call from a customer asking for a TSU9400 to replace his Marantz RC5200. No problem I thought, but the although RC5200 appears to work the screen is damaged, so the top right 1/3 of the screen is blank. The RC5200 controls a nice hone cinema setup (DVD, VCR, Sky+ DVR, Sony receiver, Bose speakers, Sharp Projector etc.) but the client does not the original remotes for the lighting and screen control, so I can't learn the commands, the lights should not be a problem, but the screen may be as it appears unbranded. Where can I get a serial cable (in the UK) for this remote, and if I can get the cable, I assume I can download (or it it upload?) the program from the remote to my PC to get the code from the RC5200 to a format to import into the TSU9400? I have only got into the Pronto range since the TSU9600 came out, so I'm a bit lost of the older gear. Any clues anyone? Thanks
