Yes with my antenna pointed southeast I can get CTS (solid) and WLNO-DT. ( odd bit of breakup)
Anyhow looks like it yagi time!
Just an interesting note, My Mother lives in the northeast end of Guelph, fairly high with a great open path to the southeast. I can get Buffalo stations on here TV (analog) holding a 4 bay UHF head in my left hand in front of her bay window inside the house! (with colour!) and no preamp!.
