Forget about a 4 bay or 8bay antenna in you situation. I am in east Brantford and I am using a 91XG yagi, channel master CM777 preamp with a rotor on a 40 foot tower and I am able to receive 32 different digital transmissions with no dropout from Toronto, Hamilton, Buffalo and Erie. The 4 and 8 bay antennas are ok but for deep fringe reception (140 km.) the 91XG is the only way to go.
50 ' tower with VHF & UHF antenna at the house 45 ' tower with a 91XG yagi with a channel master preamp at the workshop/garage and a Samsung digital receiver.
