Don't know if this will help, but I have my TSU9400 operating through the RF Extender for all 9 components in my rack (behind a wood cabinet door). The only two exceptions that are still in IR are the TV and an IR to X10 converter which I use to control the lights and the fireplace. Just because you don't have line of sight doesn't mean you cannot get the lights to work. Don't know what protocol the Lutron lights you are using are working off of, but there is likely an IR to powerline converter. Simply put it in line of site of the remote, and plug it in an outlet. It will convert the IR signal to a powerline comand to control the lights. You just have to find and download the IR codeset from this site that is compatible with your lighting system, and again, find a hardware solution like the IR to Powerline converter I mentioned. The folks at Smarthome.com might be able to help you as well.

Thanks for the input! Would you be able to share the model #s of the products that you use? It seems like our setup would probably be quite similar.

Thanks!
