I have the Denon 2500 in my file for RS232 control. I have direct track access to the first 20 tracks and a few other things not listed in the control document. The player will respond to the RS232 codes for the DVD-3930 if you add 00 to the string. For example with the Denon DVD-3930 the string for track 7 is 02 4C 32 30 30 37 03 31 38. For the BTCI 2500 its' 02 4C 32 00 30 30 37 03 31 38. I found the command for the DVD-3930 on this site and just figured where to add the zeros. I had to work out the codes for Zoom, Pure Direct, Audio, Dimmer, and a few others that were not listed.
