Without addl information, here's the best I can do.

You have not told us if you are using RFX9400s in standalone mode.

You have not told us if you have latest firmware on RFX9400s.

What is firmware on TSU9400s? Is it the latest?

What, if any routers (make and model as well as firmware revision) might you you be using?

Have you run a search for last 2 years about network connectivity in this forum?
