Stilll, it might be good to look at the PEP 2 preconditions like this one:
1. Make sure all the IR codes in the code pages have ascii names (no symbols)
My knowledge about the error messages is too restricted to help you further if this is not the case.
Take a look at the first of the sticky messages on top of the threads.
