There are many film screen-savers that do not affect clarity. I buy the least expensive ones I can find on eBay and have never been disappointed. On the "glass", a damp cloth works well, but if you want the ultimate, get the "Sprayway" brand of spray of glass cleaner which is not abrasive, is safe on plastics and doesn't have ammonia in it (the primary ingredient in Windex). Costco carries it. This is also a great product for cleaning the faces of your TVs and the glass of your scanners.
