Do you have a real RFX9600 extender if so is it position on for example "extender 0" in the "System properties->Extenders" list? Have you then added a new "extender 1" with "Use fixed ip" checked with the ip set to your computer ("192.168.1.201")? If that's the case you need to make sure you choose the correct extender on the button that had the RS232 command. If you open up the action properties for that button you will see a "Selected extender". Make sure it's the one that points to you computers address. "Extender 1" in the example above. Also "In the wireless setting I set my computer ip address" if you mean "Wireless setting->IP Address" then that shouldn't be you computers ip address. It's the address of the Pronto so in you case possibly "192.168.1.202" should work if that address is free. Lastly check the pronto logs by hold Backlight+Hard button2+Menu at the same time.
