If you have run out of all options and still want to try something you could start up Prontonic on your computer. Set the extender ip in the pronto pro editor to your computer and press a extender enabled button on your remote. If you see a bunch of packets in the Prontonic program then the TSU9600 can indeed talk with your wired network. So the problem might then be with the extender.
