Do you have the latest firmware on BOTH the TSU9600 and any RFX9X00 in the network? I know you've stated you have but I'd like to be sure it is the latest on both.
I've got the ProntoTeam's ear on this one and I need to be sure as we are trying to isolate any relevance of the diagnostic log entries being out of sequence.
Please post back and let us know whether the log entries are in correct time sequence or not.
