I have a TSU-9600 that I am using for a large multizone distributed audio and video system. The unit has recently started locking up. It seems to do it randomly (on multiple different screens). It will just stay on the screen it locks on and refuses to change or take any more input until a hard reset (via the bottom switch) is done. Intervals between lock-ups are random. The unit is on a network with an AP and a RFX-9400. The TSU-9600 has the latest firmware loaded as does the RFX-9400.

Has anyone else seen this issue (possibly software or firmware)?

Could this just be a defective unit?
