ok i paid contractors for the whole job. they use different people for different things. i wasn't home when the installer came out but when i got home i had the basics programed into my remote in fact if i turn off my other componets in turns my hd player on he didn't even know about the channel icons I paid thes guys to purchase the remote and when i spoke to then about putting on the channel icons and being able to control all the function of my receiver they started telling ohh Robert that sounds like additional programming stuff I spent a $1000 for a remote, more money for the rf kit and $125 per item to be hooked up and I feel I should get the full potental out of the remote. Even though Im new at this im a quick learner. So I appreciate you help.
