Why are you not working with your installer? You paid them good money. Just curious.

Have you downloaded the software and had a look at the help file? There's bunches O stuff in the help file. You can also glean other information from the Classic Pronto FAQ and the Pronto NG FAQ as well. Philips also has a 9600 FAQ on their site but you need some background to use it.

If you are interested in learning to program the remote, Daniel has some good background in the TSU7000 Review. Start here.

The ProntoEdit 4 manual also will likely supply some good tips that apply to all Pronto-based remotes that are PC programmable (except the NEO).
