i purchaseed this remote thinking it was the best thing scince 1080p projectors but when the installers came to install my equipment and program my remote i was not impressed. now i believe its not the remote im not impressed with but the programing.
So they are comming out to reprogram it and i want it right so far they didn't even know about the channel icons. So nmy question is how would you set it up what would you ask for. Why do they try to tell me how impossible it is for me to do it on my own please help rpowell6
