Hi all, I have the same problem of Sascha.
Connected both the extender RFX9600 and the Control Panel to the network. Last firmware version. Network with DHCP. Same subnet. Same SSID. Control panel IP: 192.168.8.2 Extender IP: 192.168.8.3 Router IP: 192.168.8.1 SSID: ProntoNetwork LEDs: in the extender both LEDs are green (Power and ethernet) TSU9600: Network Icon working and correct Ip address in the Settings/Info screen
BUT, when I try to send any type of command the extender, I get a "Command failed" in the TSU9600.
And in the diagnostic screen I get: ID: 0450 Event: Extender 0 didn't reply OR ID: 0464 Event: Extender 0 didn't acknowledge command
Is my extender defective? Is there a way I can check if it is defective before sending it to assistance?
Thanks a lot.
Stefano
