Follow the two steps outlined below and the codes learned from the Nyko remote will work flawlessly via the TSU9x00 and PS3.
1) As you are learning each of the codes from the Nyko remote make sure to hold each button down until the Pronto editor states that the code is learned. This will ensure that the repeating part of any given code is learned as well.
2) From the "Add IR Code" window, the same window you are working in while learning a given IR code make sure to set the minimum IR duration for each code to 0.01 seconds. Do not leave the duration set to "Default", otherwise these learned codes will either lack responsiveness requiring multiple presses at times for the PS3 to respond or be too responsive where a short button press sends a given command twice rather than once as should be the case.
