Yes, my bluetooth mouse and PEP2 conflict. I solved the problem by selectively disabling the various 'HID-compliant consumer control devices' using device manager. Eventually found one which, when disabled, got rid of the "HID device not found" message/problem whilst still allowing my mouse to work.
