Sorry for the sluggish reply ... was out of the country.
My ActiveSync Version is 4.2.0
The MX-950 Editor Version is 1.3.0 and O/S Version is 4.20.01.16
The download seems to start, but after 2 segments displayed on the download progress bar the download always aborts with the "download failed" error. The Microsoft Firewall is disabled, so this can't be the issue.
Any recommendation how to fix this problem ??
