If your customer's base is on RF ID#4 then it shouldn't be passing any commands from a nearby remote that was left on RF ID 0...... We've some existing jobs where we originally had the MRF set to use RF ID 0, after interference issues or a neighborhood moved in with similar equipment we'd have to go back and change to another ID.
