Firstly, the MX-900 is completely programmable and has a USB interface.
The MX-850 is heads and tails better than the MX-350 and most people will agree that the MX-900 is an improvement over the MX-850.
If you want a solid, awesome feeling remote that is completely PC programmable then get the MX-900.
FYI: The A/V chain "Tweeters" carries the MX 850/900/950/1000/3000 in stores.
