Well, I think I have. I've pulled the battery a number of times and while the battery was in, I pushed the little button beneath the battery and the remote re-booted. Everytime the remote would reboot, but came back the same problem. I've also tried loading the software again and that didn't seem to help. Most of the time the screen looks worse than the pictures I've posted, with none of the text readable.

Does anyone have any idea how much URC charges to replace the LCD? Thanks for your help.
