I installed mx editor on our vista comp, no problem... but you'll need a serial parallel usb adapter. The radio shack one works great and its only 20 bucks.
I have to say that vista has done nothing but irritate me, which is why i purchased a new macbook, and am currently running osx and windows xp simultainiously. All my windows applications work flawlessly and I couldnt be happier with my hardware.
