I'm a bit confused about what works and what doesn't work on Vista. I have several 850s that I've been programming for years now using the Complete Control Suite. I had to replace my laptop with a new one that uses Vista.

I downloaded the Complete Control Suite, but each time I try to install it, I get the following message: "Couldn't get process information from remote machine."

I've been reading that there is no problem with the 850s on Vista because the 850 doesn't use Active Sync. But obviously mine still isn't working. Is my problem a different one than everyone else is waiting for?
