I assume that what I am looking at is a pronto hex string( my bad wrong terminology). What follows is the what the document from Onkyo calls Pronto code ID 1 for the "direct tuning "command, does this look like a correct pronto hex string?

Sorry for the long response but this is my first attempt at trying to import pronto codes into a URC editor.
