32. Won't load the USB drivers when the 400 is plugged in, finds them and trys to load them, but says something to the effect that they won't work.

The MX 3000 would not sync with Vista but there was a solution on another thread that solves that.

Saw your comment concerning VMware. Downloaded and briefly looked at it, not really sure what to do with it.

Hope you're right that I'm wrong. As far as following instructions, I'll look again and see what I have. If you're referring to the URC's CI's site, unfortunately I'm a lowly DIY'er and do not have access. (I do have the 400 80% programmed using XP.....the Vista laptop is just more convenient).
