yes. BUT if I tap the button briefly it sends the command
twice - which is bad.
So - when you say 'successful' you just mean you got them
to repeat if you hold, right? But if you just tap then
they occur twice... right?

Yes, it will most certainly repeat when held.....but also occurs twice when I tap the button....
And Caff is right...for the most part, this is not a problem with volume ramping up and down as most systems do it 1db at a time....ie....no big deal if it goes up 2db per button tap....
