Thnx for the offer DaveWI.....but I don't think it's device specific at all, right? It's essentially we need it to execute once for a single press and release and repeat as defined by the # of repeats and timers for speed and ramp when pressed and held. They need to be able to differientiate between a single, momentary press and release and press and holds. It certainly impacts anything that is menu driven (ie...directional buttons) or channel up/downs. I've run into this issue with DirecTV STBs. I'm sure there are other scenarios out there but that's all I've run into and can think of.
