Don't play at being a lawyer when you're not. MSRP isn't price fixing. It's entirely legal for a vendor to want to maintain a stable retail price. It's in the details of how that stability is maintained that legality becomes an issue. Having an MSRP and authorized dealers has absolutely no comparison to racketeering.
