Yes my email address is current, and I figured that the message would be quickly moderated (I would, if I was moderating this group), but I was most upset. Especially as I gave them the email address confirmed it twice and 5 hours later still no software in my inbox, which they promised. Also my MX-3000 has no serial and they just keep repeating that it was impossible, which was very helpful of them. I basically got the feeling from them on the phone (I called twice and talked to 2 people), that I was a criminal for having the remote, since I have no serial to register with and could not remember who I purchased from 2 years back.

Its just not how a company should handle this matter,
