OK..
Firstly this thing feels sooooo much better in the hand than any other remote I've ever used.
It's IR output is very strong, possibly a bit better than a RU980 (ProntoPro NG).
The screen seems a little easier to read than a ProntoPro NG, but I didn't try any of my own graphix on it yet. The inbuilt themes are surpisingly good.
The Windows CE operating system means that everyone in our office seemed pretty familiar with it straight out of the box. But that could mean that the end user feels familiar and goes exploring. Could be dangerous, but I haven't gone too deep into this yet.
Many people will argue with this, but I think the hard keys are a little too close together, I like the fact the volume and channel buttons stretch over almost 3 inches on the Philips.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to test the most interesting bit yet, the NevoLink was supplied without a PSU (Damn the 110v manufacturers!), due into store today. This will make or break this remote. Being able to get track listings and album art off your music server (including PC) will be huge, although I've been told it's a bit clunky at the moment.
Programming is a cinch. I'd forgotten everything I learnt in training, but quickly picked it up again.
Learning codes was the best I'd ever seen! Even notoriously hard-to-learn codes learned in perfectly first go!
Uploading/Downloading is very fast, and one of the best things is the test downloading to find the appropriate codeset. The software temporarily downloads all the codesets for eg: Onkyo Recievers, and you then test which codeset works. Press Select on the remote, and the correct codeset is automatically placed into the programming.

Overall, this thing could easily take over as our prefered remote! Will post on the NevoLink ASAP.
