I hate to say it but, unless you have a very small system, $450 sounds inexpensive to me. My base price for programming a remote is $120 per device programmed into the remote... want more stuff automated... pay more money. So, if you're running a receiver, DVD player, VCR, TV, and set top box, you're already way under what I charge.
