I remember something similar with my daughter’s iTune installation. Here is what I did back then to fix it:
Clear the temp folder through: Start-> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup: Select all the temp folders
Restart your laptop...
And since I'm not sure which version of Nevo CD you're using, you can get the Media setup from
[Link: nevo.mynevo.com] (this will only work if you already have some other Nevo application installed on that machine)
Just make sure you download the one for NevoSL(top) and not their old iPaq
