It sounds like you may need more training on the product!

Have you performed a network optimize?
This is a critical part of the z-wave setup, particularly if there are other z-wave devices around.

Did you try turning of the other devices when the network went down?

If you can supply a little more info regarding your setups then maybe we could help a little more.
