Over the years I had started with a TS1000 then upgraded to a TS2000.
Well last year my TS2000 broke. I had heard good things about the Harmony 880 so I bought one.

My wife and kids really wanted a remote with actual buttons to feel.

Well I HATE the Harmony!!
I cannot control my devices well at all.
Just the ability to turn everything on and off is maddening!
I have spent WAY TOO MUCH time trying to get the Harmony to work.

I miss the Pronto software! I and need to control my system!

So I'm looking to purchase another Pronto.
I like the large screen real estate. Some of it's WIFI capabilities...
My question is, will the 9800 frustrate me more.

My system is nothing crazy.

Comcast cable box HDTV w/DVR.
Mitsubishi projection TV
Denon 3803 reciever.
Kenwood Entre & 403 disc DVD changer
IR light controler

I have no question to the pronto being able to control these devices with macros just like my TS2000 had done for 5 years.

But at this point if I purchase another controler that is not stable enough for the wife and kids to use, should I then look to the TS3000 or 7000?

Any insight any of you have would be welcomed!

-Brad
