I ran into the same issue on my media center machine, searched my game machine and found the "MFC71.dll" file in a game directory. I copied it over and placed it in the C:\Windows directory, not sure if you need to register the dll or not but I did my regsvr32. After that the remote wonder software 3.2 worked beautify.
